Each project we take on is approached with dedication, clarity, and a results-first mindset. As our services are custom-built and resource-intensive, we encourage all clients to review the following terms before initiating any engagement.


Service Adjustments & Eligibility

We strive to ensure every engagement begins with a clear understanding of scope, goals, and expectations. In the rare event of misalignment, requests for adjustments will be evaluated in line with the original service agreement.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of project initiation.

  • Eligibility for reconsideration depends on the nature and status of work already commenced.


Review Process

To initiate a service concern review, clients must contact support@digimint.tech with project details and a summary of the issue. Each request is reviewed by our management team to ensure fairness and alignment with agreed deliverables.


Resolution & Discretion

Our goal is always to find the most balanced and professional resolution. Where appropriate, alternatives such as project revisions, credit adjustments, or service modifications may be offered. Any financial consideration is extended solely at the discretion of Digimint’s management, based on project specifics and service phase.


Non-Applicable Scenarios

Due to the custom and creative nature of our services, the following are not eligible for financial reconsideration:

  • Projects where work has already commenced or been partially delivered.

  • Custom website builds, platform integrations, or design work involving external third-party tools.

  • Expenses or subscriptions incurred on the client’s behalf, including hosting, premium plugins, or app licenses.


Service Cancellations

Clients may choose to discontinue service at any time. In such cases, all work completed up to that point remains billable, and any advance payment may be applied toward the completed portion. Deposits or upfront fees are non-transferable once work has started.


Exceptional Situations

While we follow structured processes, we understand that unique situations arise. We remain open to evaluating such cases on a one-time basis, with decisions guided by fairness and our internal review.
