3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your project efficiently, you agree to:

• Provide timely and accurate information, content, and assets (e.g., text, logos, images).

• Respond to feedback or approval requests within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms and milestones will be clearly stated in the invoice or proposal.

• A deposit may be required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion or as per agreed phases.

• Delayed payments may result in paused services or delayed delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of all content and assets you provide.

• Custom design and code created by Digimint become your property once full payment is received.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both Digimint and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the project.

7. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate services with written notice.

• The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Liability and Indemnification

• Digimint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use, including lost profits or business disruption.

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold Digimint harmless from any claims related to content or materials provided by the client.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under arbitration in Maharashtra, as per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

10. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms of Service without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
